trackside event setup & operations technician (m/f/nb)

• Assembly and Setup: Manual assembly, installation, and subsequent dismantling of temporary structures at event venues.
• Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and positioning technical equipment, crates/casing, and materials both in the warehouse and at race locations.
• On-Site Inspection: Practical checks on the stability and safety of assembled structures, as well as checking incoming and outgoing materials.

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in job site logistics, material handling, event setup, or complex technical/mechanical environments is preferred. 
• High mobility required (Italy/Abroad), flexible working hours, and willingness to work weekends during travel assignments.
• Language skills: Fluency in Italian and operational knowledge of English (at least B1 level) to effectively handle on-site activities in international settings.
• Strong team-working attitude, resilience in fast-paced work environments, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Valid forklift license

• Work Location: Province of Modena (MO), Italy + Global travel.
• Contract Type: Temporary agency contract / Staff Leasing.
• Compensation Package: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €26,000 – €28,000 + Production Bonus + Travel Allowance.
• Environment: Dynamic, stimulating, and high-tech environment.
