Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support Project Management activities, including:

• Managing and maintaining project-related administrative documentation​;
• Supporting invoicing and billing processes​;
• Coordinating document management activities across different business functions​;
• Requesting and managing bank guarantees required to ensure compliance with contractual obligations​;
• Providing administrative support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle​;
• Preparing administrative and financial reports​;
• Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project information​;
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project progress reports and related documentation​.

 

Requirements

• ​Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field​;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite​;
• Previous experience with SAP and/or Oracle is preferred but not essential​;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization​;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy​;
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
