Core Responsibilities

Support the supply chain team in daily operations: you will learn from industry experts while tracking deliveries of high-tech components, managing inventory data, and improving the efficiency of the distribution network.

Main Tasks:

• Fulfillment Support: Assist in monitoring manufacturing schedules and delivery timelines to ensure on-time project fulfillment.
• Inventory & Warehouse: Help manage inventory records and support warehouse coordination activities for the division.
• Data Analysis: Collect and organize supply chain data for forecasting, reporting, and analysis to optimize the division activities.
• Logistics Planning: Support logistics planning and transportation tracking, ensuring that the products reach their destination safely and efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify basic process gaps and contribute ideas for operational improvements within a high-growth sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain management and Logistics
• Work experience: 0-3 years
• Be able to take multi-tasks, organization skills and be good at prioritizing
• Strong communication skills with customer orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and keep focus on details 
• Team-work spirit, proactivity and strong learning ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
