digital marketing specialist (f/m/nb)

What will you be doing?

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for clients across various advertising platforms.

Your main duties will include:

• Developing and implementing digital media strategies;

• Setting up and managing advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and inventory allocation;

• Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery, and maximizing return on investment (ROI);

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing regular performance reports;

• Improving campaign planning and execution processes.

What profile are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience within a digital advertising agency;

• Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk);

• Proven experience in media planning and budget management;

• Fluent/excellent proficiency in English;

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel;

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience;

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs);

• Knowledge of the Amazon Ads suite and its advertising console;

• Proficiency in automated/smart bidding strategies;

• Solid project management capabilities;

• Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, or Spanish is a plus).
