Key Responsibilities:

• Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders);
• Organizing retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities;
• Ask the carrier for any notices of dispute not received and enter freight dispute orders if necessary;
• Study carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers;
• Invoicing processes and instruct the customs broker for the export formalities;
• Arrange loading of trucks (transport, excluding courier services);
• Complete export documents (customs documents);
• Completing delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet);
• Complete import documents and manage import operation
• Give instructions to a customs broker (check customs documents and provide correct information for the import formalities);
• Handling customer complaints (quality and quantity) and passing on information and corrective actions to internal customers;
• Respect the customer's requests for deadlines (express, gold, special transport);
• Dealing with various back offices and work in synergy with different countries and cultures.
  

Experience: 1-3 years.

Studies: Hugh School/Bachelor/Master's Degree in Economics.
