HR INTERN: ITALY, FRANCE & GERMANY (FLUENT ENGLISH)

What you will do:

- Support HR projects across Italy, France, and Germany, partnering with multiple stakeholders;

- Contribute to the global Data & AI Analytics workstream—turning insights into actions that influence strategy;

- Manage operational HR activities, from project implementation to local HR compliance and legislation support;

- Help simplify processes, improve ways of working, and identify smarter solutions through technology and AI;

- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leaders and decision-makers;

- Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where your ideas can create visible impact. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields;

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

• Excellent command of the English language (to be tested during the interview). Proficiency in another language (French, German) will be considered a plus;

• Strong interest in data analytics, digital tools, and AI applications within Human Resources;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Result-driven and outcome-oriented approach;

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
