Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing employee master data and attendance control.
• Handling administrative practices related to employees, from hiring to termination.
• Company communication and internal reporting activities, as well as accountability within HR matters.
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Belonging to Protected Categories as per Italian Law 68/99.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Previous, even minimal, experience in the role, gained at staffing agencies or structured companies.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective in dealing with stakeholders at various levels.
