​finance specialist - accounting operations

• Supporting overall Gas Technology Accounts payable processes ensuring timely and accurate review of transactions, holds and disbursements​;
• Supporting Accounts Payable activities related to both Italian Statutory & US GAAP processes during quarterly & yearly submissions​;
• Supporting daily operations related to SDI invoice booking metrics & e-archive maintenance​;
• Coordinating with internal operations teams as well as with suppliers on management of invoice block resolutions​;
• Partner with B2P, R2R, Tax teams on managing various accounting operations ensuring correct Balance Sheet reporting.

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and proven experience in Finance​;
• Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel, Power Point. Also preferable experience with Oracle ERP​;
• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills​;
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills​;
• Be fluent both in English and Italian​.
