engagement & external relations assistant (enrel unit)

The interim will:

• Manage the AskAQuestion platform (based in CRM Salesforce);
• Ensure timely responses to queries and coordinating with internal scientific officers;
• Organise biannual Ask EFSA Community meetings;
• Deliver training sessions;
• Run satisfaction surveys and internal communication campaigns;
• Maintain documentation and FAQs;
• Monitor service performance;
• Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences;
• Manage corporate mailboxes;
• Facilitate community meetings;
• Maintain communication with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools...) and digital skills;
• Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset;
• Previous experience in Community Management, External Relations, Engagement and Collaboration and Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
• Behavioural skills: strong teamwork, adaptability, communication and presentation skills, time management, customer service orientation, organisational ability, and digital literacy.

Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.

Salary: approx. € 2259 per month before taxes.

Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possiblewithin 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
