contract management assistant (facilities) - corporate services unit

The interim is responsible for:

• Assisting project managers in implementing the project;
• Assisting the supplier in carrying out their tasks;
• Helping to meet deadlines;
• Providing logistic support;
• Assisting in preparing and updating documents.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Previous experience in project management and logistics;
• Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset;
• Behavioural skills: drafting and synthesis skills, project/process/activity management, presentation and communication, planning and monitoring, critical thinking and problem solving, organisational skills.

Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.

Salary: approx. € 2259 per month before taxes.

Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possiblewithin 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
