The Arrivals and Departures System (ADS) Assistant will play a key role in supporting the implementation and operation of the web-based ADS system for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The ADS is paramount to the successful planning and operational delivery of all arrivals and departures services by internal and external stakeholders. This system is crucial for managing travel, baggage, sports equipment, and mobility data for all official attendees.
The ADS Assistant will also contribute to creating training content, providing user support, and analyzing system usage data.
•Ensure the efficient daily operation of the Arrivals and Departures System (ADS), including user management, data integration, and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth performance. During the operational period, oversee platform administration (user handling, incident monitoring) and make necessary adjustments promptly to minimize disruptions;
•Set up reminder actions and maintain effective communication with stakeholders (e.g., National Committees, Broadcasters, Marketing Partners) to ensure timely data and information collection;
•Analyze ADS usage data and generate performance reports. Ensure the quality of collected data is verified with stakeholders and accurately communicated to Games delivery partners (e.g., Transport, Logistics, Protocol, Accreditation, Village);
•Develop and deliver multi-platform training materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, webinars, videos). Provide technical and functional support to users, assisting with the deployment and ongoing use of the system;
•Propose and implement improvements based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance the ADS system’s functionality and user experience;
•Work with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the ADS, including assisting with system testing, user management, and training.
