administrative assistant - corporate services unit

The interim will:

• Assist the Head of Unit;
• Provide key administrative and communication support
• Take care of meetings organisation;
• Manage functional mailboxes;
• Help to meet deadlines;
• Ensure proper document management;
• Support to projects (as required).

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Previous experience in administrative and communication support;
• Behavioural skills: drafting and synthesis skills, project/process/activity management, presentation and communication, planning and monitoring, critical thinking and problem solving, organisational skills.

Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.

Salary: approx. € 2259 per month before taxes.

Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possiblewithin 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
