1- Commissioning Manager holds the responsibility for the execution of a safe and effective commissioning program for the established systems/subsystems within a Project and handing over of the same to the Client according to contractual requirements, project processes/procedures and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets.
2- The Commissioning Manager shall execute or provide support during start-up and test runs as a key member of an integrated commissioning and operations team comprising of Company project, operations and Contractor personnel.
3- The Commissioning Manager shall engage with Company, Sub-contractors, Vendors and other Site Supervision functions throughout the pre-commissioning phase (with particular focus on the site activities for which is directly responsible) to ensure appropriate delivery of project scope to allow safe and effective commissioning to be completed as per schedule.
4- In home office, ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run engineering, operation and handing over of the plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule.
