field sales engineer

The Technical & Engineering division of Randstad Professionals, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, on behalf of a client company in Treviso, sportswear sector, is looking for a:

Field Sales Engineer

Who will work with international, regional teams and Dealers, reporting directly to the Moto Product Support Manager – Sales Development.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

· Product training to the Dealer;

· Provide applications and product support to customers in a timely manner;

· Consult with Product Development department to advance the resolution of the issue in a timely manner.

· Travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· Master’s degree;

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience;

· Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels;

· Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and able to establish trust and reach alignment quickly;

· Able to work both independently and within a team.

· Hands-on experience in Road/Off-road motorcycle racing.

· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Strong analytical skills to advanced product knowledge and good problem solving;

· Proficient in French (C1/C2 level);

· Fluency in English (C1/C2level);

· 3 years of professional experience in the Motorsports industry.

· Proven ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility (dealer shop owners, etc.).

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
