The Technical & Engineering division of Randstad Professionals, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, on behalf of a client company in Padua, pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a:
PROCESS ENGINEER
The person, strategic to the organization, will join the team reporting directly to the Team Leader.
Specifically, (s)he will be in charge of:
Implementation of continuous improvement activities;
Optimization of manufacturing processes and industrial department operations through Lean Manufacturing strategies, tools and methodologies;
Management of cross-functional projects related to manufacturing process efficiencies.
We are looking for professionals with the following characteristics:
Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Management Engineering;
At least two years' experience in the role within well-structured environments;
Good knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures related to Lean Manufacturing;
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Type of contract: Permanent contract.
Location of the company: Padua province.
