Randstad Professionals is specialized in the search and selection of Middle & Senior Management profiles. On behalf of our client, a multinational company, we are looking for a:
PROJECT MANAGER | MACHINERY
The Project Manager will report to the Plant Manager and shall have full responsibility for the planning, scheduling and controlling of the projects, managing also the relationships with national and international clients and providers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all project activities according to the technical guidelines, relating with the internal technical team and the other stakeholders;
Being responsible for the planning, execution and closing of assigned projects in line with stated scope and cost, time and quality standard/objectives;
Ensure that the customer, contract and organizational requirements are implemented throughout the project lifecycle;
Define schedule/cost adherence, control and manage scope creep;
Ensure invoicing meets contract requirements and accounts payable are fulfilled timely;
Ensures that the budget is managed according to customers’ expectations and works on projects’ strategy;
Supplier management for product development, on a global scale;
Manage relationships with the client and the providers during project execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Technical/ Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics Engineering;
3-5 years experience in technical roles inside structured companies, preferably in a machinery business environment;
Fluent English is mandatory.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
Highly proactive, flexible, self-motivated, driven and results-oriented;
Good communication, relation and decision-making skills.
Salary Package: 40K-43K
Location: Southern Turin
