WE ARE ALL IN. The project team is international: Italian, German and Romanian colleagues are waiting for you. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer(m/f/d)Job Goals:This position has to cover new and untapped business opportunities related to end users, looking far out to experience and service design.Responsibilities:Deep understanding, champion our users and design solutions that are equally thoughtful, elegant and delightful.  Tasks:Craft designs that connect the dots between user needs, data, business goals, and clinical insight; Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and through execution; Synthesize and communicate research findings; Manage the design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules, working closely with business strategy and technology teams; Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that could include other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and hardware and software developers; Contribute to collaborative work sessions with all levels of the client organization.Entry Requirements: Master Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related design or behavioral science discipline;2 years of professional experience as a designer and expertise in systemic thinking and strong knowledge of interaction design principles and methodology;Experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding language;Fluent English.Job-specific requirements:Research activitiesParticipate as active contributor to research activities, and then lead con-cepting, information architecture development (site maps, user flows, sketches, wireframes, navigation models), systematic design, and interaction design to create powerful digital, physical and/or environmental experiences. Design definitionMaster the definition and detailed design of a digital product (design con-cept, information architecture design, interaction design, micro-interactions), leveraging prototyping and participatory and iterative design techniques.Co-developmentCo-develop the product style guide, master UI patterns and templates, and support their consistent application and development;Good knowledge of design tools like Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD and under-stand the basic principles of atomic design and user interface design.Location: Milano/Costa Volpino (BG)/Brescia/Torino/Emilia Romagna + mobile workThe research is aimed at candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77).
