WE ARE ALL IN.The project team is international: Italian, German and Romanian colleagues are waiting for you.We are looking for a Tech Leader (m/f/d)Job Goals:The aim is to ensure architecture, design, development and implementation of innovative software programs, through CGM guidelines, in agreement with the international teams of this project by building efficient programs and systems that serve CGM user needs and meet business in an international context.Responsibilities:The candidate is a key role in the G3 international project in the design, development, maintenance activities of software systemsResponsible for making specialized and high-quality software for CGM clients and for supporting the Software Architect in the decision process and development teams in the daily work.Tasks:Be in charge of leading the development process. Participate in design and architectural meetings with the scope of reach business goals.Have a strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures and patterns.Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Good experience in Agile methodology and popular coding languages. Support the Software Architect in the strategy definition and in the analysis of requirements received from multiple Stakeholders. Investigate on new technologies to be adopted with creation of POC and related documentation. Discuss, explain and present concepts and code issues, also to non-developersEntry Requirements: University Degree in Computer Science or Information technology Engineering or similar working experienceExperience in Agile frameworks and popular coding language;SCRUM/Agile methodologiesMinimum of 5y hands-on experience with Software DevelopmentExpertise in Java (Spring, Spring boot and Maven) and/or eventually expertise in .NET (C#) software development.Design and develop service-oriented architectures using microservices and implement APIs (e.g., RESTful Architectures, SOAP Services, API Gateways). Practical experience in Kotlin is considered a plus.Work experience in different roles in development teams (Junior, Senior, Lead)Fluent EnglishExperience with relational Database management System and understanding of NoSql database concept Location: Milano/Costa Volpino (BG)/Brescia/Torino/Emilia Romagna + mobile workThe research is aimed at candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77).
