WE ARE ALL IN. The project team is international: Italian, German and Romanian colleagues are waiting for you. We are looking for a Software Backend Developer (m/f/d)Job Goals:The aim is to implement innovative software programs, following CGM guidelines for architecture, design and development, and to build efficient programs and systems that serve CGM user needs and meet business demands in an international context, in close cooperation with the international teams of this project.Responsibilities:The candidate plays a key role in the G3 international project in the design, development, testing and maintenance activities of software systems. The candidate is responsible for making specialized and high-quality software for CGM clients.Tasks:The candidate is in charge of the entire development process for a software program; Participation in design and refinement meetings to develop, test and debug programs to meet business needs; Strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures; Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals; Good experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding language.Entry Requirements: University Degree in Computer Science or Information technology Engineering;From 2 to 5 years practical experience with software development;Experience with the full lifecycle of software projects;Experience with enterprise software projects;Experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding language;Fluent English.Job-specific requirements:Software development with Java / Kotlin / SpringCandidate must be passionate about backend software development;Proven coding practice in Java and/or Kotlin required. Kotlin knowledge and practice is a plus, also knowledge in other languages and paradigms;knowledge and coding experience with Spring and Spring Boot.Software design and development in a test-driven environmentKnowledge and experience with software design patterns and constructs (GoF patterns; MVC; CQRS; Architectural and Cloud patterns);Ability to understand concepts and recreate them in code. The candidate should be able to reason about code;A dedication to write excellent code and follow clean-code principles;Experience with test-driven development; Knowledge and experience in building distributed applications using microservices and APIs (e.g., RESTful Architectures, SOAP Services, API Gateways); Knowledge and experience with agile software development and associated tools.DBMSKnowledge and practice experience with RDBS and NoSQL database technologies (PostgreSql + SQL + relational principles; Redis).Location: Milano/Costa Volpino (BG)/Brescia/Torino/Emilia Romagna + mobile work.The research is aimed at candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77).
