Randstad Professionals is specialized in the search and selection of middle, senior and top management profiles. On behalf of our client, a leading global supplier and manufacturer of products for Automotive market, we are looking for a:





The resource will report to Plant manufacturing engineering manager and will be responsible for ensuring and managing the Industrialization activities, related to automotive assembly lines, included continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes, with the target of costs, timing and customer satisfaction.



  • Ensuring the manufacturing feasibility for competence projects, with target of cost and timing
  • Defining the “process concept” for new projects, selecting the manufacturing system, technologies and automation level
  • Managing, on competence projects, the “change management process” and continuous improvement activities in order to guarantee project targets 
  • Managing all activities related to PFMEA in order to validate the assembly system, ensuring “zero defect” and customer satisfaction and involving all interested functions
  • Ensuring, on competence area, the application of all quality and safety policy
  • Coordinating, on competence projects, all system/process/quality audits (eg. IATF or customer) 
  • Coordinating assembly system suppliers, including commissioning and start up activities on receiving plant, managing also the process documentation and ensuring alignment between all involved functions
  • Monitoring Capex approved Budget related to competence projects
  • Supporting the R&D team on design for assembly activities
  • Supporting Sales dpt for proposals activities, providing capex and direct labor estimations related to the assembly systems




  • Bachelor's degree on Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineering
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design
  • Strong familiarity with lean manufacturing tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques on automotive field
  • Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Well-versed in relevant software (Creo, CAD, MS Office)
  • Project management skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Teamwork skills and “action oriented” approach
  • Well knowledge of English language
  • Travels availability 


Salary Package: the salary will be commensurate with the seniority of the candidate
