The Technical-Engineering division of Randstad Professionals, specialised in research and selection of middle, senior and top management profiles, research: 

Logistic Engineering & Customer Service Management

Mission

- Ensure that the daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation.

- Ensure economical and effective support for manufacturing and servicing of equipment, products, systems and others.

 

Main Responsibilities/Outputs

- Effective communication with the client in order to check the satisfaction of the given service.

- Receive and analyze the client’s programs and set up the needs plan

- Manage and give follow up about the following indicators: Inventor days; Client degree service; Level of obsolescence; Engineering management changes; Backorders

- Give follow up for the finished products shipments, by coordinating : Shipment and documents; Client’s notifications; Transport and customs; Receipts from the clients; Claims for quality, damage or loss of material.

- Define and update the inventor policies of the materials, finished products and supplies in the system

- Provide efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and accounting.

- Determine time phasing and logistic support sequences, for discovering and solving problems arising from various factors, like operational area, location, human factors, environmental factors, facility and process flow.

- Develop and implement program activities, coordinates efforts of subcontractors, production departments, and field service personnel, and resolves problems in area of logistics to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.

- Direct and coordinate program activities designed to provide subcontractors, management, and customers with logistics technology that ensures effective and economical support concerned for manufacturing or servicing of products, systems, or equipment: analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life – cycle of product

- Ensure guidelines, policies and procedures use in plant in order to achieve quality and cost control.

Requirements & Experiences 

Academic Degree (preferably Engineering or related)

- at least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Logistics

- Fluent English
