LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Sales and Marketing Divisions of Randstad Professionals is looking for a Learning and Development Manager in the Italian Market for a leading company operating in the business service industry.
Reporting to the Executive VP Corporate Development & Strategy the candidate will be responsible for the department strategy for designing and delivering effective learning standards and training programs - both offline and online - to over 2.500 associates in the network. The candidate will have management responsibility for six people at individual country-level Learning & Development departments.
The candidate should have proven experience as a learning and development specialist in a multi-cultural environment with a clear track record in coaching and people development, with a special focus on improving sales skills.
Being disciplined, numbers driven, effective, market-oriented, a genuine leader and natural networker will be essential attributes of personal competency.
The candidate must hold an University degree with top grades.
Excellent mastery of written and spoken English and strong command of computer skill.
The candidate will be located in Milan, but will be required to travel extensively and routinely.
