Randstad Holding is present in Italy with its network since 1999, operations management in Milan and various divisions including Randstad Professionals, specialized in search & selection of candidates in the  middle, executive e senior management.

 

Randstad Professionals Padova, for an international company operating in the Consumer Durables Goods sector, is looking for a:

 

Key Accounts Manager E-commerce channels (whole-seller global retail platforms, specialized retail platforms, omni-channel platforms)

Key Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for setting up Group Guidelines for e-commerce channels overall in the Group
  • Propose to VP sales all the key pillars of the Group approach and management of the e-commerce channel(s)
  • Is in charge to translate the mentioned guidelines into strategies, plans & tools, to be implemented at Group and local level
  • Is in charge to explore all the opportunities of e-commerce sales referred to the business sector and is responsible for the execution of the agreed sales plans preserving the correct relationship with dealers and MM customers
  • Is in charge of managing the relationship and the negotiation with all most important Accounts of the e-commerce channel (whole-seller global retail platforms, specialized retail platforms, omni-channel platforms, etc.)
  • Is in charge to manage Group Direct Business via e-commerce
  • Is in charge to explore all eventual opportunities given by new sales channels and to set up proper Group policies and guidelines on how to develop and manage such new sales channels
  • Identifies best practices and processes to improve presence of the products on e-commerce channel(s) and websites
  • Teaming up with PMs and Group International sales and KAM Director, develops a proper pricing policy and procedure to be applied to products devoted to the e-commerce channel(s)
  • Establishes the proper services to be offered via e-commerce channel(s), in order to win market shares and increase group products appeal
  • Drives understanding of e-Commerce impact amongst sales managers and management through best practices sharing, reports/dashboards and presentations.

 

Skills & qualifications

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in establishing and developing e-commerce strategies, channel(s) and platforms in International companies of durable consumer goods business sector is needed
  • Experience in managing sales relationship and negotiations with e-commerce Key Accounts at International level is needed
  • Minimum 3 years experience in implementing and managing e-commerce processes and tools, in International Companies of consumer durables
  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools and systems is needed
  • Previous Experience as sales area manager in International Companies is appreciated
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Problem Solving attitude is needed
  • Ability to work under pressure is needed
  • Passion for engaging in improving own knowledge and skills is needed
  • Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended

 

Location: Veneto
