Our client, a leading Multinational Company, is currently looking for a: 


                                                                 HR Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with employees, managers, suppliers and other third parties demonstrating professional credibility at all times and providing an excellent HR service to the business;
  • Provide advice and assistance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and legislation, ensuring that they are accurately interpreted and up to date information is provided;
  • Advice and support management teams on matters such as pay reviews, reward management, disciplinary procedures, grievances and performance issues;
  • To be responsible for recruitment and selection activities, including developing job descriptions, advertising of vacancies to source suitable candidates and for liaising with applicants and line managers to assist with the process, ensuring that costs are minimized;
  • Drive effective delivery of HR processes including performance appraisals and talent management, succession planning, learning and development, compensation and reward management;
  • Support the organization providing training programmes to guarantee the knowledge of the teams in terms of leadership, technical matters, safety matters.



Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Senior HR with strong emphasis on Labour/employee relations;
  • B.A in Labour Relations or equivalent Human Resources qualification;
  • Fluent English with a minimum of B2 level;
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine interest to establish collaborative relations with people;
  • Pro-active, analytical thinking and problem-solving orientated.
