Randstad HR Solutions, for Implant Direct, one of the fastest growing major dental implant companies in the world today, is seeking a


Territory Manager Italy

for various regions in Italy (Piedmont, Lombardy and Sicily) with sales experience in Medical / Dental technology.


Essential Functions:

• Responsibility for achieving sales targets in assigned territory
• Acquire new customers and build sustainable customer relationships
• Track generated deals
• Nurture existing customers and expand the customer base
• Increase sales by using the entire portfolio of Implant Direct products
• Provide technical advice on-site training to doctors in use of Implant Direct products
• Continual self development in the expertise of Implant Direct products
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Negotiate sales with dentists, oral surgeons, implant dentists, dental technicians and clinicians, as well as their purchasing and administration staff
• Coordinate and execute product training with different participants to the
to increase product demand
• Implement multiplier events to acquire new customers in assigned territory
• Participate in regional and international trade shows
• Manage territory budget, territory planning and associated responsibilities; ensure travel and marketing plan meet budget
• Create competitive and market analysis as needed
• Participate in regional or European sales meetings
• Collaborate with colleagues on sales team and support functions; provide territory support for colleagues during absence
• Continuously and timely maintain customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
• Produce reports in the CRM system as needed
• 10-15% travel required
• Travel to the regular team meetings
• Travel to international and national trade shows

Regional:
• Implement and plan regional sales meetings and training
• Develop and implement an annual territory-business plan in collaboration with marketing and other partners

Qualifications:

• Consistent, successful sales experience in the dental service field; minimum 2 years.
• Education in dental procedures or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Good English knowledge
• CRM and IT skills (Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
