The candidate will be engaged in complex recruitment projects of profiles of high specialization and seniority in the Telecommunication Engineering Research and Development field and will manage the following tasks:

• Partner with HR team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies;

• Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications;

• Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open;

• Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements;

• Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the interview process;

• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR Management

• Five or more years of experience in recruitment in Technology or R&D companies, preferably from a head-hunting firm;

• Experience in hiring Senior Managers, with proven track record of successful hiring projects;

• Ability to manage complex and long recruitment processes;

• Solid database of contacts in R&D and Technology Companies;

• Communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;

• Willingness to work in an international environment;

• Proficiency in the English language;

• Should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
