Our client is a leading global telco company.

As the global large stream of data, our client rapidly growing volume of business, PO office department meet the needs of business development, improve PO processing related quality and efficiency of the end-to-end business, streamline the transaction flow, equipment and service flows, customer-centric, from simply processes, standardize the rules and strengthen IT automation.

Our Requirements:
- have working experience in telco industry product management, project management, including but not limited to communications solutions, telco engineering construction and delivery, service delivery, operation and maintenance management working experience.
- have strategic and forward-looking thinking capability and be able to propose rational suggestions for improvement.
- have strong initiative, team worker, spirit of dedication, responsible, willing to take an occasional business trip and visit customers.
- proficient in English and Italian the knowledge of the Chinese language would be a plus.
- bachelor degree or above.

Job Description:
- Familiar with network planning, planning, configuration, quotation, and other business knowledge, collaborates with the product manager, according to customer requirements in an accurate and timely production BOQ, PO processing, the change management process, the subcontractor under PR, submit the MR, download the acceptance documents to trigger billing and revenue recognition trigger. Standardize the business rules, optimize business processes, visit customers deploy latest business models.
- Quotation, production, delivery, acceptance, and billing configuration streamlining across data accuracy should be improved to meet the internal controls over financial reporting requirements, simplify and optimize the internal management, support efficient delivery and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
- Be responsible for project business issues receive, analyze, and positioning, based on the experience in the industry, our client used to define a reasonable and effective solutions.

The company offers a one-year temporary contract with a Gross Annual Salary of 24 - 28K.
