MARKETING MANAGER


Description

The candidate, reporting to the Country Manager, will lead the Italian Marketing and Training & Education organisations, implementing the global marketing strategy and defining, in cooperation with local Sales managements, an effective local marketing strategical and tactical program. He/She will be responsible for all commercial marketing activities including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational activities including T&E courses, partnering activities, key regional and local symposia.
He/she will provide strategic market direction and will work closely with all functional areas (Italy and HQ), providing leadership in product positioning, developing performance expectations, pursuing and monitoring customer satisfaction. He/she will be accountable to develop Marketing and sales qualified leads to support the business development. He/She will be an active Local Management Team member highly involved in all initiatives defined to drive people and results and will lead, as direct manager, both marketing ( 3 people) and T&E( 4 people) teams.

Main tasks :

- Responsible for implementing the Global marketing strategy locally to enhance Nobel Biocare’s image and provide additional value to customers through programs and product marketing.
• Responsible for specific plans to obtain long-term and sustainable growth with the goal of attaining significant improvements in market share.
• Ensure that all Marketing, Digital marketing, University and T&E activities, Sales Support and Business Support & Service in Italy are executed according to strategies and targets.
• Own and drive the Integrated Annual Marketing Plan and manage marketing and T&E expenses;
• Manage the marketing and T&E Performance KPIs
• Secure internal staff training programs regarding product and clinical knowledge, Market Segmentation, Solution Selling, Lead Generation, etc.
• Incorporate social networking capabilities, skills, and e-commerce technology within the marketing department
• Develop and manage product promotion campaigns including product launches and customer targeted sales offers together with sales management
• Responsible for 2 teams (3 associates for Marketing and Communication and 4 associates for T&E)
• Leads the product managers, the manager of Training and Education activities and ensure the talent development in the team.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
• Academic degree in Economics or Marketing and Comunication
• Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written)
• Excellent product, marketing, Digital Marketing and Funnel Management
• Strong leadership capabilities & communicative skills


Critical Experience:

• At least 5-8 years experience in leading marketing and T&E departments in multinational companies of Dental, medical, Pharmaceutical Markets.
• Strong expertise in Product Management, Communication , Project Management;
• Extensive expertise in managing training and Education projects, programs in medical field.
• Good to have a previous experience in sales management
