    Global - Retail HR Manager

     

    The candidate will work closely with the CEO coordinating an international team:

     

    Key activities:

    • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs, develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management;
    • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance;
    • Instructing and coordinating outsourced international HR providers (Spain, UK, Greece, etc)
    • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, productivity, recognition, occupational health and safety;
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes in human resources
    • Develops and implements departmental budget;
    • Coordinates an international team;
    • Conducts HR analysis and reports;
    • Performs other duties as required.

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 8 years related practical experience in a similar role and in the reference sector;
    • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
    • Strong written skills with proven ability to draft policies, procedures and reports;
    • Extended knowledge of most important European Countries employment laws;
    • Advanced knowledge of English (C1)

     

    Other Requirements:

    Willing to travel
