Randstad Milan Office is looking for an EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join a multinational company leader in ICT sector.

responsabilità

Responsabilities:

- Managing and maintaining complex calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and organization.

- Scheduling and coordinating internal and external appointments.

- Drafting PPT slides and meeting notes

- Collecting and analyzing data/information, preparing and updating reports/files.

- Reviewing Expense Reports

- Raising and following up on Purchase Orders

- Booking travel 

- Ensuring compliance with administrative operation policies and procedures

- Maintaining effective communication with all relevant stakeholders

competenze

Skills required:

- 4-5 years of proven work experience in a similar role

- Bachelor Degree

- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

- Good command of Office suite and Outlook

- Exceptional time management, organization and planning skills

- High attention to details

- Excellent collaboration skills

- Proactive and fast learner

 

We offer a 1 year supply contract. Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidates' experience.

Based in Milan

Work hours between 09h00 and 18h00
