Responsibilities:

• Analyze the solar energy market environment from an engineering perspective, identifying customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing PV technical solutions based on customer requirements and characteristics.
• Plan and present PV solutions, taking sales responsibility to achieve market and sales targets.
• Assist senior team members in the Solution Sales team.
• Collect and analyze customer service requirements, supporting service strategies in the solar inverter industry.
• Support ticket management in Huawei System and documentation preparation during bidding stages.
• Coordinate customer meetings and update deliverables during the delivery phase.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Energetic Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of technical solar solutions coming from previous experience, at least 1-2 years.
• Native fluency in Italian and strong written and spoken English language skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace new technologies (e.g., PV, inverter, electric mobility), and work independently.
