Randstad Italia SpA - Division Inhouse Services is looking for a brilliant Channel Sales Manager.
Our client is a leading global telco company.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Channel Director, the person will be responsible for establishing, developing partnership with partner/system integrator in the Enterprise Market, cooperating with key Account Manager and Territory Manager. Furthermore he/she will manage all aspects of the relationship with the partners on ICT market.
The position requires good sales experience with system integrator.

- Seek out, identify, and develop the channel relationship with the main important system integrator in Italian market.
- Collect and analyze all marketing information.
- Enhance partner relationships.
- Manage and coordinate all activities between our Client, Key account manager and Territory Manager and the assigned partner set. Promote the full range of our Client’s Technologies solutions to assigned Channel Set.
- Cooperate with Channels and Technical Sales to deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
Identify customer requirements and coordinate with Technical Sales to ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions according with partner
- Create and present customer proposals and quotations.
- Create co-operative business plans with End Customers and Channels and help to define new business models and support product features.
- Create Channel plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall Enterprise Italy strategy.
- Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology.
- Demonstrate ability to manage system integrator at both the CxO and technical level.
- Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out competitive analysis.
- Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Enterprise Networking, IT Infrastructures, UC&C Solutions, Security, Enterprise Wireless.
- Detailed knowledge of Italy Enterprise market and business models.

- Around 5-8 years Enterprise B2B sales / partner management experience toward system integrator in indirect sales Business Model, with a proven sales track record and digging of new business opportunities with an international ICT infrastructure/solutions vendor.
- Evidence of long-term relationships with strategic Enterprise system integrator at CxO/VP level
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of stakeholders (product management, marketing, channels), driving internal and external forces to reach and overachieve assigned sales targets, with a particular focus on successful Channel Strategy for the assigned system integrator
- Deep knowledge of competitive market landscape between Enterprise Networking/Security and IT Infrastructure vendors; direct relationships with Enterprise Large System Integrators is welcome.
- Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Enterprise Networking, IT Infrastructures, UC&C Solutions, Security, Enterprise Wireless.
- Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
