Would you like to take the opportunity to work for an European Agency?
We are looking for an administrative assistant. The candidate is in charge of:
- manage experts' meetings and related reimbursements using company tools;
- liaise via e-mail with external experts as well as internal scientific units and other Business units colleagues;
- double-check pre-invoices for shuttels, fligths and catering activities;
- manage translations.

Requirements:
At least one year of experience. Fluency both in spoken and written English.
Good knowledge of MS Office application with a specific focus on MS Excel.

Personal Qualification:
Administrative and financial management attitude;
Knowledge of financial workflows in general;
Team work.
Lingua: Inglese
