Randstad Italia SpA - Division Inhouse Services is looking for a brilliant, meticulous and very smart administration specialist.
Our client is a leading global company.



The ADMIN Specialist will report directly to the ADMIN Director.
She/he will manage: SIM cards, laptot and equipement of the employees.
She/he will optimize and implement all the process, will negotiate and re-negotiate the agreement with the suppliers, support the colleagues, daily contact with the suppliers, manage transfer of mobile’s contract, check invoices.


  • Experience as an office worker (1 year).
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Fluent speaker, reader, writer in Italian and English (Chinese will be a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure, in team and on one's own.

Please note that due to a high level of applications we can only respond to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position. A good knowledge of English and Italian is mandatory . Good Chinese language knowledge is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: €25,000.00 - €28,000.00 per year
