For our client, an very attractive company we are looking for un Account manager.

The position is to be taken within the Marketing & Sales department of a precious metal

manufacturing company.


Range of products: Standard investment bars series (cast & minted), legal tender coins (is-

sued by official own developed collections), ingot pendants, medals, pre-

cious metal stamps and gifts/collectibles. 

Range of services: strong customer service, marketing support (design, media layout, pack-

aging & promotion material development, etc.). Hedging, WTA & bullion module services.


Customers profile: Commercial & Government banks, Private bullion and/or coins dealers,

Wholesalers, Government Mints, Direct marketing companies, Postal authorities, Retailers,

Jeweler chain, etc.


Responsible for the performance and development of the account portfolio

- Prepares action plans in order to achieve yearly budget partners/clients to achieve

yearly forecasted goals


- Initiates and coordinates action plans to penetrate new markets & recruit new cus-



- Provides regular feedback to senior management: Head of Sales regarding activity &


- Creates and conducts presentations for customers, prospect & projects

- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines


Tasks overview:

- Manage a portfolio of international partners

- Daily contact & communication with partners

- In charge of sales, follow up of orders & customer service

- Preparation of price quotation & product offer

- Interaction & coordination with all internal departments: production, marketing

(design, media, text, etc.), logistic, accounting, etc.

- Coordination of customized projects: handling of complete project from design,

production, packaging and marketing material

- Possible visit to customers & participation to International Fair/Convention/Events


Pro-active, dynamic with a flexible personality. The candidate should be open-minded, ap-


preciate international contacts (worldwide customer base) and be able to adjust to various


- Bachelor degree

- Experience of more than 3-5 years in same or similar industry

- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service and back office work

- Good experience in project management

- Fluent in Italian and English

- German or French will be a plus.
